Micheal and Kim Essenburg  

Since 1987, Michael and Kim Essenburg have been serving at Christian Academy in Japan (CAJ: www.caj.or.jp) , a K-12 school of over 450 that equips students to impact the world for Christ. CAJ assists missionaries with the education of their children, thereby freeing up missionaries to share the good news of Jesus with the Japanese. Over 350 churches have been planted within a 15-mile radius of CAJ. CAJ also welcomes students whose parents want their children to have a Christian education. 

Michael provides coaching, consulting, and training for CAJ staff and, upon request, for Christian school staff from other schools and for missionaries in Japan. Kim teaches English 10 and serves as English Department chair.
