Dear Parent(s)/Guardian(s) of Sunday School Student(s),
We welcome you! Your children and their friends are invited to attend Sunday School at Trinity. This is a wonderful opportunity for them to grow in their knowledge of God and the love that Jesus plants in our lives. The 2007-08 year we began an exciting new curriculum, with a fresh organizational approach. Pastor James leads us in rousing music. Joy Sharpe introduced the Bible story before the children split into smaller groups led by Jan DeYong and Lynn Seitz (Sam and Phyllis Bowman are again teaching the preschoolers, beginning at two years old). They applied the lessons with games, crafts, and activities appropriate to the age level of their group. From time to time the Sunday School classes took a leadership role in our Sunday Morning Worship Service at 11:00am.
The Sunday School also has Fall and Spring service projects that helps to raise funds/awareness in order to provide resources that will help spread the good news of salvation and bring hope to spritually hungry (and some times poverty stricken) people all over the world.
The 2009-10 Sunday School year will begin on Sunday, September 6, 2009 at 9:30am.
