Ephesians 4.25-27: The beginning of the new self is embracing the truth of Jesus that we’ve been given. As our sin began through embracing the lie, so our path to life begins by embracing the truth. – truth on the large scale in the way of Jesus and on the small scale in our specific speech. This enables healthy community while deceit destroys community.
